So every morning I've having a bowl of rice chex. 50 grams of carbs and almond milk. With 50 grams whey ISO. As meal one, literally two hours after eating it I get hypo symptoms. Now if I eat cream of rice with egg whites and chicken for breakfast or beef it doesn't happen. Can anyone chime in on this
