Hypo feeling after meal 1

So every morning I've having a bowl of rice chex. 50 grams of carbs and almond milk. With 50 grams whey ISO. As meal one, literally two hours after eating it I get hypo symptoms. Now if I eat cream of rice with egg whites and chicken for breakfast or beef it doesn't happen. Can anyone chime in on this

It's the fast acting carbs n lack of fats/fibre to slow gastric emptying

Try adding some flax oil or almond butter to the shake

I was having some fats pre workout and last meal of the day, but ill add some to meal 1 also. thanks
 
I would have to agree with the recommendation I was having similar effects and I read somewhere else that taking your fish oil first thing in the morning could help with that as well as giving you a sense of well being.

this, addition of fats will also slow digestion
