ok after a lot of injurues,most of them were my knees,i am back and lifting.i couldnt do legs for a 4 months,but they getting better with every training.
so i was off the board and wasnt posting for a quet some time.
i been clean for quest some time too,but i feel very good.
i am haveing deep tishue massage once a week,so i definetly feeling that my body is getting what i need it for a first time.
so i hope that this time i will be smart about what i do and how i train.so far i am 287 and 12% body fat,so just a lot of food and heavy lifting.my next show i have plan to do is USA's.so i still have time to bring my legs a lot.
oh well.
