Hello friends....I am back....on my way to 2016 Arnold Classic, wiser, stronger, better in every sense.....these past couple of years have taken me to reach into the innermost sanctuary of my body, my soul and goals...I have cleansed my soul with the help of spiritual guidance, to find a balance between my exercise routine, proper supervised meds and spiritual growth. I am working to obtain the best in the upcoming Arnold Classic 2016...(check out attached pics of how I look today..... ) I would like to thank Medlab for helping me on my journey to be my best ever. Hello friends, I want to thank you all for your kind words of encouragement and support. You inspire me and reinforce my comitment to be the best I can be in prep to the upcoming AC2016. I will be happy to share with you my experience and tips...its all about my striving to attain balance between excersise, attitude, peace of mind, body and spirit together with proper meds.
