I have been with this company since January. It has not been long but the overwhelming feeling I witness is mind blowing and unutterable when I speak of the work I do.
I do appreciate you notifying me that the love for a job can change and being in the "honeymoon" phase can eventually descend.
I have spoken with a few colleges and agree with you that the MBA would be the best route to pursue.
The company I am with now is stacked with Civil Engineering, Building Construction Management, Business Management indivudals who have graduated from schools such as Florida, Penn State, Florida State, FAMU, Illinois and others.
The work I am in is purely on management, business development, money, schedule, client relationships and profits. We are not geared toward the construction work it self; unless I was a superintendent. We are a Construction Manager, not a Design Build company.
I think the MBA would opend me to a more diverse window of opporunties in the future of management.
Learning how to properly management a project, money, time and the team is what I do looking to learn more about.
