I weak up this morning ready to compete, full estriations, dip hard legs cuts, dry and hard rear double biceps, dry and hard abs....now the dry parts only: Glutes, lower back, shoulders and triceps(the few shoots of syntherol erase some cuts and separation shoulder-triceps, but i hope they apears when i stop shooting 8 days out) and the chest is striated and hard but i know i 15 days is going to be incredible hard.
I am trying the carb load since yesterday to avoid mistakes, i am using the slim today, diuretic(aldactazide) one in the morning and 6 oz water each meal.
In overol, i could compete tomorrow, and i can imagine the changes i can make in this days, shered glutes hardness on my lower back and when the inflamation desapears i will look as my friends opinions in the best shape of my life, some of them says i will be in the 15 but i am not dreaming, i am doing my best with all of your support i made my work and i am happy wiith make my pro debut in exellent condition and take the look of the judges and fans, some good pics in new york and toronto and then prepare myself for next year with the good imagen that i want all the people get from me.
That is the purpouse of my career.
Of course, clients pay more with this!!!
