How did you get started?

And do you have a degree or some sort of certification such as ISSA or NASM or something similar?

Great post Phil. There is a wealth of talented guys like Alex, Shelby, Moutaindog, Chris, Phil and others who pushed and help others to be the best. Alot of wicked transformation changes in this forum and it's incredible to watch and especially to learn on here. Some say knowledge is power but Wisdom is power. I have learnt alot in this forum since I have join then in the last 20 years. There is alot of hidden gems in here but putting it together is the key to wealth of knowledge and understanding. It's amazing to watch someone transformation changes and I find it very encouraging and that really keeps me going. Those prep guys are simply amazing. I, thank Alex but still have a long way to go. One of my dream is to go to USA and meet you great bunch of people and especially Alex and train with him would be an awesome experience.

And you have contributed a heck of a lot in many ways.. Your recipes are awesome and also your an encyclopedia of knowledge yourself plus your always trying to give people a little motivation.. We do appreciate it man!
