Long story short.

I was at 214 and juicing, test and winstrow.
Getting bigger and fatter.
I disliked the round look and stopped, did PCT as it was supposed to be etc
I understand that bioimpedance is not reliable
At 214 my scale was reading 17%bf
I am down to 190-192 but reading still 13-14%
It feels like my body is a fat making machine

Started doing more glicolitic work, sometimes running and now I am teaching 3 bootcamp classes a week.

I did intermittent fasting for a while and then ketogenic diet all while teh intensity of my cardio was low, when it increased I started taking BCAA's while working out

Overall my diet is quite healthy with tons of organic vegetables, little carbohydrate alcohol only during weekends abundance of protein and variety of foods

I have a roll of fat under my belly button all around my back.

Yes, it seems like cortisol issues but when I did my saliva test I had cortisol too high only in the morning.

I have to keep teaching tehse classes n order to pay my bills and teh rest of my training I can change.

Comments and help please?
 
Hmmm, I would have to say if your still gaining fat and/or not losing BF that your diet still has some changes to be made. How many cals do you consume vs what you burn. The bottom line is you have to be calorie deficient and your timing of your carbs could also play a role due to insulin spikes.

Test and winny should not have made you gain fat unless you were over eating
 
Can you provide a list of what you ate today and what time and if you worked out what did that look like.
 
Several questions for you because losing 24lbs after a cycle is much:

1. What was your weight and BF before your cycle?

2. How long ago did you finish your cycle and PCT?

3. What was your PCT and how long was it?

3. Please tell us your current diet and cycle diet.
 
have u simply tryed looking in the mirror to see if you look fatter, leaner? more muscular? etc
 
well, it's just diet man, what else do you think could do that ?

other guess would be Thyroid !
 
Need to post you diet. Probably need more carbs as low carb not for every one and obviously not for you. The weekend drinking won't help even if it is in moderation. It's normal to get a bit softer during pct post cycle not the best time to try and lean up. Hire a prep coach use a little test and your be lean. I recommend shelby but John meadows and Phil heron real good feed back too

Yesterday I had

4 Eggs with 70 g of hamm and 1 spoon of olive oil

taught Bootcamp and it is so hot in my city right now that I have no appetite

I had 1 1/2 salmon burguer and a few slices of water melon

Then 250g of poached cod and 1/2 plate of swiss chard.

I have no idea of how many calories this is but that is what I normally eat

when I was counting calories I was going for 2000 a day (and I was above 200 lbs) and less than 50g of carbs and still having a hard time loosing weight.

I definitively look better - more muscle mass in arms/shoulders/chest - but that roll of fat that I mentioned just doesn't go away.

Cycle and PCT are over since January, I wake up with a bonner every morning at the age of 42 and have never had low test issues
 
1. If you're not weighing and measuring everything you are eating, you won't be able to tell if you are getting the right macros and Kcals.

2. Figure out your daily maintenance Kcals (BMR plus activities) and be sure to eat so you are in a slight Kcal defecit. This will take some trail and error.

3. Make a decision between a ketogenic diet and a diet with carbs and stick with it.

4. Every month or two, take a day or two off (some people do this weekly) to re-set your metabolism.

Sounds like you have made some good progress. But to continue, you will need to tighten up somewhat if you want to continue to make progress.

Drinking on the weekends is going to have to stop, at least while you are cutting. At the most have one drink of spirits on the weekend, not beer or wine.
 
From what you ate here I'm gonna say that your eating too little. It is possible that your metabolism is stalled. Try increasing calories and increasing meal frequency.

I am about to go to Scotland/England and back after labour day.

At that point I will address this properly.

Meanwhile I guess that I will restart my food diary and daily weight/bf measurements.

Yes, alcohol can be fun but definitely puts the breaks on results
