I can offically say I tried the OJ + tuna shake.

FOR me one can of coke zero , 1 can of tuna, 1 tablespoon of anp., 1 whole bananna and 1 pack of low surgar oats.
mix all together in a blender

i usually drink one of these eod at least.....my shake consists of 1 cup oj......6 egg whites....1 can tuna.....1/2 cup rolled oats.....1 cup water.....is this the kind of shake youre talking about......i dont find these that bad tasting all....

So right now I am having a oj with pineapple blend and tuna shake... And its not all that bad. I needed reg OJ so I can add more liquid so I don't taste the tuna as much but it is not all that bad for quick fix.

I just dont see how you can do it. Yuckkkkkkkkk!

what is the point of this? OJ is crap. its sugar and useless unless pwo you are speaking of. And like someone else said no point in torturing your self and causing gastric discomfort with so many alternatives. youd be better off to get some of that protein broth i think true protein sells and blend the tuna in that an drink it or make a soup.

Never understood this at all...some people like whole food for the majority of their meals, but if its all blended up, its not really whole food anymore. I will opt for whey, oats, and pbutter or evoo...

Anyone ever try Katsumi Kitamura's raw chicken breast shake?! Looks like you might need a little vanira extract to enhance the flavor. Not sure what the other liquid he includes is.
