Okay you guys i already started a thread about 8-9 days ago when this happened but i DO NOT UNDERSTAND this injury...my right traperzious muscle was injured i guess (woke up the next day and it was extremely sore) and i have this small knot inside the muscle and it is kind of tight when i flex my trap muscles but HAVE NOT worked out since the morning i woke up with pain but this injury it not near as bad now but it seems to be at a stand still for the past few days and if any of you know me i use weightlifting as my release of bad energy i have and i am finding myself getting back to the old me which is not good with all this energy of not lifting i dont think i pulled or strained it i dont know what i did i dont understand it and im the verge of working out light weight tomorrow b/c i am going nuts lol any new ideas wtf happened to it it is a small knott on the back top part of my trap muscle right side???
sorry for bothering you guys even more about this injury but their seems to be some smart guys here and no one around me (family friends) know anything about the anatomy or working out so its useless to ask them
