I'm doubt anyone will probaly read this....but I try my best to bust my ass in the gym and I have been not doing as well as i thought. I have been doing my diet as I am suppose 2...I'm not even on anything just natty, but I feel like just saying fuck it and get some major supplements. I just feel depressed , like I keep worrying if I'm doing something wrong or if what Im' doing is correct which I'm sure it is, casue the information I'm getting it from is a guru on this site and sport from what I reckon. I dunno why on certain exercises I just can't put up more weight and I wonder if my form is correct, it jsut bothers me...I mean i have made some improvements in lifts....I just feel like a fat ass right now, and I scared that the diet I'm doing isn't working....Maybe I just have 2 try to stop thinking about this so much...the good thing is when I come to this site and see people getting huge motivates me. which is a good thing
 
I am by no means huge, but working on being large. Just keep working at it...Rome wasn't built in a day. At 32 with 7 years of weight training, I am just starting to get to a point where I am growing and have a good handle on my eating and training. Also, don't focus all of your energy on this, find some other things you enjoy doing. That should keep you balanced.

JUST THINK IF YOU CAN FIGURE OUT A WAY TO GET BIG NATURALLY....IF YOU END UP TAKING A SMALL AMOUNT OF 'THE GREAT EQUALIZER' YOU'LL REALLY TAKE OFF. [I THINK IT'S GREAT THAT YOU ARE NATURAL!]
 
well if your natural and the person you get info from is juiced, there training advice may not be the best for you. Just something to think about. Look at your diet first i'd say. are you really following what they said. if your are following it or close to it maybe look at different training ideas.

one thing is for sure. Don't expect to get different results if you keep doing the same things.

just like coleman says; if you always do what you always did; you'll always get what you always got. that can be either a good thing or a bad thing.
 
ive been there... maybe you should try something new... im a natural too and since i started doing "DC" style training and upped my protein with an extra 100g my results have been very good and im really excited about training again! Maybe you should try it and see if it its a good program for you.
