Since about 5 years ago, I Changed up my diet.
I eat alot of fat with 3 big meals of protein carbs.
Before i was following a Low fat diet, High carb, medium protein, low fat
Now its more like High Carbs, Medium fat, Medium protein.
Example:
Breakfast: - 5 eggs + Big Oats + 1 glass of whole milk
Lunch: Chicken thighs + Brown rice + brocolli
Diner: Steak 12 oz + Yams + Brocolli
My balls size has increased no doubt about it. I used to have average size testicle But they grown significly.
Also something is odd, MY Facial Hair Dont grow fast as before, It look like it have slow down. I can go days without shaving.
Also i dont sleep well. I dont feel refreshed when i wake up.
I used to eat Eggwhites, Whey shakes, Chicken breast, White fish, Tuna.
Anyone else know whats up?
