I get no strength increase from gear.

I tried all the tried and true aas out there and I never notice an amazing increase of strength. I do have slow and steady gains but it's almost the same level when I am off. Weight increase I do have without a doubt but it sucks that I have no added increased strength.

then your gears underdosed, bunk, and your probably dont have a very well developed physique at all if you can continue to gain off AAS
 
seen this many times over the last 20 years lol
the reason why you are ending back at the same level when off is because your not eating properly and not building muscle under all the water weight you put on, so when you come off you lose the water and then you are back at square one

I think this is near the truth. If your gaining slow without gear you need no gear anyway. You should get an initial boost in strength even without any muscle gain due to the Androgen improving cns efficiency. Im on day 4 of tren and added 10lb to dead lift already and its not muscle in that time. On cycle you need to focus on good high protein, nutritional food (and off cycle to). Make sure you get at least 300 grams of protein from food when on and use a sponsor with good feedback

I would def. change supplier and go over the food. You should eat,eat,eat,eat and eat when your on roids. High protein intake is very important. May i ask about your stats?

I think you didn't get what I was saying. I have no prob gaining weight. It's not all water weight either. If my gear was bunk why would even have added water weight. But people either replied with gear problems and food replies. It's not the physique that I am complaining about. It is solely a question if other people do not get a significant increase of strength off gear. So I get growth but not alot of strength.

you make slow steady gains at the same wen on or off AAS?

most people on this board struggle to hold onto there AAS gains wen they come off them or lower there doses, most guys need to stay on AAS to keep there gains

meanwhile you are continuing to grow at almost the same rate wen off AAS?

so ill say it again, your gears bunk, or your seriously doing something wrong in the training/diet department

what you are experiencing IS NOT some unique genetic response, its called shit gear, or needing to fix you training/diet

so i woudlnt worry about your 'unique genetic response', and instead figure out why your gains suck

I would venture to guess one or more of the following three points are flawed in your routine

1) training
2) Diet (likely not ingesting enough calories)
3) low quality/underdosed/bunk aas

Most people think gear will make it "night or day" differences. Not true!!! Diet first, then your training. Both are important, but diet is very key.

I have seen several people take lots of gear, workout about 80% of potential, but eat pure junk. It was a failure in both time and $.

this is something i have learned since i have been on this amazing forum. eating junk will just make you bloated and fat when you eat junk food with aas.

i have had enough of this, so i have started keto, along with mild training and my endo prescribed 200mg a week test cyp. so far i have lost about 33 pounds of fat and water weight, and never felt better. keto has made me realize i needed to change the way i eat throughout the day. i want to reach my goal weight of 185=190 add an oral, and go from there. i have time to think about it, but thinking more of the ckd diet. i will never achieve the size or size of the best on here, but im getting old, so i want to look my best and be healthy. lol
 
Taking gear isnt the magic trick to enhanced performance.
Your nutriention needs to be on point, your training needs to be consistant and also correct towards your goals. You need to train at your maximum potential, otherwise gear is worthless
