ok for some weird reason i got this really bad pain in my right testicle like its being pulled up but only the right not the left, also i have to piss like seriously 10 times during my workout, im not sure if i strained it or its my test bein suppressed or a prostate issue, i figured id throw this on the board to everyone who is training instead of askin a doc who maynot be familiar wit something like this. thanks bros

I had the exact same issue, my doctor and surgeon were very understanding when i said i just couldn't lose my balls so luckily i have them in a glass jar by the side of my bed...

Have it checked out, could be testicular torsion, where your testicle spins in the sack to the point that circulation is cut off. Completely mechanical (not drug related), and can literally kill your testical due to lack of blood flow. My cousin had one if his removed due to this back in highscool.

Look up epididymitis. See if this fits. I had this about 4 years ago!

I had testicular torsion back in high school. I had no idea what it was when I felt the pain. All I knew is that it felt like someone had kicked me in the balls. It's very painful.

Luckily I went to the doctor and they spun my ball around. It was like magic. The pain was gone.

It was explained to me the testicle is like a balloon hanging from a string and for whatever reason it can get spun around.
