first and foremost weakness CONDITIONING! hell i'll let you guys do this as i can go on all fucking night about my weakness's but i hold myself to a whole different standard.

the crazy thing is that as bad as my conditioning was i took out a lot of the top 5 from the USA's that were held before this show???? go figure
