I had to see it to believe it!

Now it has only been 1 more week since I put up my last back shot. A couple of things to point out. In the last shot as Main pointed out I was hunched forward so I squared up my shoulders and stood up straight. Different shirt and this pic was taken with a flash and the others were not. Oh and I had a haircut!!LOL. But this has taken me by surprise. Remember it has only been 7 days. my body weight has not changed.

Now that is the question. I have been sticking to a good high protein diet very rich in LBA's. My training has not changed in the last week or 6 months for that matter. Must be the haircut.....LOL.......seriously That is why i put this up. I literally could not believe it myself until I had the pics next to each other to see it. I can say my LBA's usage is up from previous weeks. I do believe in these and anyone that is serious about training and results needs to include these in their diet! Needless to say I am pleased. Thank you all for beng so supportive and encouraging. This is starting to get real interesting now. We'll keep the updates coming!
