Aspirin won't lose hemo. It might, however, help prevent any disaster that could occur from high hemo (blood clot).
According to this since this has been my main meals for so long im not sure where to begin to replace these foods ( from mikey's linked hematocrit article)

Most eat too much protein. Decrease it and it will help lower it.
i take niaspan precription niacin at 1000mg day and yes iron raises it thats why women take iron pills sometime if they bleed to easy. dont ask lol
Ill talk to the doc about their take on niacin and see if it will help me

What is ur cardio and diet like? And what was up with ur hematocrit? Was it high due to test and aas??

it was high to begin with its naturally high without anything

I do high intensity once a week but i do a ton of walking etc with my youngin and at work. Try and throw in some form of cardio 4 to 5x a week unless u are already
