I have to stop test, what else can i take?

take a look at this looks like it may be helpful most of what everyone already said is on here Detailed Guide: How to Lower Hematocrit Levels

According to this since this has been my main meals for so long im not sure where to begin to replace these foods ( from mikey's linked hematocrit article)

Lower Hematocrit Levels Step 1.jpg1Avoid foods that are rich in iron. Your body needs plenty of hemoglobin to create red blood cells. The easiest way for your body to get hemoglobin is iron. Since red blood cells are essentially what makes up your hematocrit level, avoid eating iron-rich foods, such as the following:[2]
Green leafy vegetables, like spinach and broccoli
Chicken, turkey, ham
Beef, veal
Fish, clams, mussels
Foods enriched with iron, like breakfast cereals

I have the same problem but not as bad as you. My hematocrit is a lot lower when I do 100 test E / 100 Tren E a week. I also eat a red grapefruit every day. I give blood at least every other month. IP6 also lowers it a bit. With all of these factors my hemo does not go over 46. At one point on EQ it got up to 61!

So basically don't eat like a bodybuilder...

Most eat too much protein. Decrease it and it will help lower it.

Ill give it a shot a d let everyone know how it all turns out

Read them all even after you find what you're looking for.

Lots of good stuff in there.

I do high intensity once a week but i do a ton of walking etc with my youngin and at work. Try and throw in some form of cardio 4 to 5x a week unless u are already
