Just looked at life extension and they have a garlic extract product that contains 10,000ppm allicin... Is that comparable to the product you take?

Allisure® AC-23 , is one only few stabilized form allicin supplement. I do eat garlic daily, but supplement with an Allisure® product.

I have used garlic tabs and allicin ones nothing compares to raw garlic IMO!

If I feel a cold coming or am already sick, 2 gloves cut up, 3xaday, let it sit for 5-10min for the allicin to form and take it with some water after a meal and it does make a huge difference!

Remind me not to get on the treadmill next to you at the gym! I bet you smell good when you sweat! :star-w:rs

I basically use it for immune system health yeah.. don't get sick = don't need unnecessary breaks from the gym. my dad always had an issue with pneumonia, he's been taking the allicin and hasn't gotten a case in years, so hopefully that keeps up.


when I was in university, 2 of my roomies got strep throat, and one had the flu (I shared a room with the two who had strep). I doubled up on the allicin and got a very minor head cold.


allicin is great for a ton of things, and to whoever asked me, I use a different brand than allimax.. ive heard that the suppliers of allimax water their product down (literally with water, and corn starch or something for the pills) to increase profit margins...but I cannot verify.
