So I entered a plank challenge. I had never planked before and the record was 5+min. I held for 6:33. John Q Yoga comes up and does 7:48, I load up on about 10gr of creatine and hold for 8:29... yesterday he comes in and smokes me @10:32. I doubt there's any other supp out there that would help, but any other tips on how to improve time besides core work?
If all else fails - I'll just go right before the contest ends and try to go for 10:33.
