i followed a post about taking care of your liver and taking ALA, NAC, and milk thistle for keeping a healthy liver. thank god because my anxiety about having a bad liver is gone. got blood work done to check liver ALT came back normal and they did a kidney check and it came back normal. its like a big weight lifted off my shoulder now. i did a alot of stupid drugs in my past and was worried about my liver. i love you guys for the help

This is a great board of information and knowledge. Ive learned so much here over the years.

you know not to be a kiss ass or anything but the more I visit other boards the more I appreciate this one. This forum has evaded all of the immature stupid bullshit that strangles the other forums... probably because most of the members here actually train. It's been a great source of information for me.
