I need a calorie dense shake I can make at home and take to work

What's up all. So, I work at a bar/restaurant and my shift can be 6-10 hours long and I work up a hell of an appetite running around all evening. My goto has always been protein shakes and a handful of almonds but I feel like I need something more in my shake to slow down the digestion of the shake. I'm hungry again in an hour. I have literally 60 seconds to get this shake down so it'll all have to be put into the ninja blender and easy to throw back during a lull. Any recommendations?
 
Oats, healthy oils, banana, a couple of 90cc scoops of protein , chia seeds , raw cocoa powder etc

I add coconut oil to my shakes ,tastes great
 
3 scoops whey
3 tablspn nut butter
1.5 tablspn coconut oil
1 cup dry oats
5.5oz frozen banana

Roughly 100P/100P/50P
Drop a scoop of protein and add 1/2 cup dry oats to flip roughly 25g of each macro to 75/125/50

Banana
Nutella

Blend and enjoy
 
1 or 2 scoop of whey
1 cup almond milk
1 cup egg whites
1 cup oats
4tbs nut butter
2tbs chi seeds
2 tbs avocado oil
1 banana
2 tbs honey

its an easy 1200 calories
 
I add coconut oil to my shakes ,tastes great

this is the only oil I use in shakes.....

OP....you can also use egg yolk for calories....instead of oil
I often do 6 whites and 3 whole LIGHTLY blended with a cup of
vanilla almond milk....great complete meal....500cals.

add 1 pound bag of berries to it, and its 750cals.....

also....DOLLAR STORES with a freezer section have 12oz.
bags of mixed berries, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple
and peaches.....1$ a bag....cant beat it.....I get like 30 bags at
a time.

OHH I forgot to add.....ive been putting 2 cups of rice krispys
in my shakes.....instead of oats....AWESOME.

Rice krispys :p great suggestions! I've been hitting up the dollar stores and aldi a lot lately and you're not kidding, you can get a lot of food for cheap.

Every morning I have a shake consisting of


half a carton of egg whites
frozen blueberries
banana
frozen spinach
1 cup of oats



And depending on my fats for the day I will sometimes cook eggs the night before and freeze then throw whole eggs in rather than egg whites.

For flavor the fruit masks everything fine and you can't taste the spinach. Some people think it's gross but I sip on this from 8-930am every morning at the office.


Can always throw in peanut butter, coconut oil, protein powder etc. for more calories/taste if that's what you're wanting.

so you dont get any kind of a break during your shift? its federal law to get at least a 30min meal peroid for anything 6hrs or greater.
 
Mass Gainz from I Force Nutrition

Many good ideas/recipes for "do it yourself" shakes but if you need/just want the convenience of premade shake powder I would reccomend the Mass Gainz.
I haven't personally tried it but it's a "gainer" without cheap carbs such as Maltodextrin etc. It has Oats, Quinoa etc in place of those cheap carb sources.
