complicated is the scam.....

the very first paragraph says that fortitude training is COMMON SENSE....

:lightbulb:

A $20 ebook, with every nuance detailed, explained, with cited sources is a scam?

Don't you charge people for training? Is that your scam?

yup......he figured out a way to write some "E" nonsense....and sell it
to unsuspecting newbies that don't know better....so yea...I feel its a scam.
AND I'm fucking entitled to say so!!!!

we charge for training, less than half what everyone else does....AND
we give twice as much....actually giving people that weren't 100% happy
with their prep, A FREE PREP in the future....

we explain and teach people how to track their macros, and step by step
go over diet methods and training....(training that has been around for
DECADES mind you, and not takin and RE-NAMED by someone and resold
as their own) along with having BOTH of our personal cell numbers to call
or txt ANYTIME....

so if our scam is teaching people that THEY DONT NEED a coach, and can
do it on their own.....then yea that's our scam....

email us....I think we can help you figure yourself out...

:)

Thanks for all the feedback guys' I'm going to do some research n I'll post what I come up with! And hopefully implement something and keep everyone updated :)

So ebooks, which give you information on diet and training (in case you can't afford a coach), are a scam... But if it comes from you, for a monthly fee, it's not a scam.

You charge for coaching, so that you can coach people on how to not have a coach...

Nobody said you weren't entitled to an opinion, but unless your opinion is broken down into clear, rational, unemotional points, it can't be respected. The capital letters added to the gravity of your emotions, so that was helpful.

At least you brought up logical points. Maybe the next business venture is a pizza shop where you make your own pizza? Kramerica Industries tried it, but they didn't have all the details nailed down.

I think its a scam to take every training method ever used....tell people
its common sense....mash them all together...confuse the shit out of people.
(Blast 1, week 3, tier 1, day 2) WTF!!!!!.....and then sell the shit...as
"MY OWN TRAINING METHOD".....

extreme stretching....??? lol showing you how to stretch a hammy...??

its complete nonsense......

but hey....it just maybe be a genius idea....why didn't I think of that...

more power to him.....I have nothing against him.....hope he make millions
but not from me...

:)

aka getting clients shredded/emaciated at the expense of losing lean muscle, zero carbs, cardio out the wazoo and tons of clen and more cardio!

But he does have a Pro Card :ju;ping-s

It's very easy to say "I think", but much more difficult to explain why. Often, it's because you aren't thinking. If you'd like to debate his methods, you'd seem much more intelligent if you had intelligible points.

It's a fallacy to say that he takes every method ever used, because it's not true. It's also a fallacy to say that it's confusing. There's a basic chart. Tier systems are based on levels of volume. Blasting and cruising are methods of periodization. The packaging and combination of the methods actually are his training method.

You're a hypocrite if you're unwilling to acknowledge his work, as you've been unable to differentiate between what you're doing and what he's doing. You are also packaging previous generations of information, and selling it for a profit. The difference is that Scott offers the ebook for $20, which includes a free membership to his form, which provides unlimited Q/A about the program. At no point does he ask for more money. He's talked me OUT using him as a coach twice, as he felt that the information I had was necessary to make the progress I needed at the time. You offer your packaging monthly, which is certainly going to be more money spent over time. A $20 ebook does not lead to millions of dollars. The price point, and services rendered at that price, are probably less than what he actually deserves for the energy spent providing that information.

All forms of science and knowledge are based what has been learned and taught by the previous generation of minds. He cites (if I remember correctly) over 150 or 160 sources as to where his information comes from, which is the entire point of citation... To avoid plagiarism on his behalf and others.

Extreme stretching is not how to stretch a hammy. Loaded stretching is not common sense, as 99% of casual and competitive bodybuilders do not understand it. Stretching your chest the old fashioned way is absolutely not the same as loading the stretch with 100lb DB's in the bottom of a fly position. Dante and Scott have (ad nauseum) provided information on this topic for over ten years. It's your choice not to acknowledge information.

Your arguments are weak. You contradict yourself by saying how you have nothing against him, and that he makes millions, yet you say he's scamming people.

Success does not come from jealousy.

Truth be told I am being lazy here but I think the most important element to leg (or any) training is the mentality behind it. It's about the effort given, intensity, time under tension, making each rep as hard as possible, feeling the target muscle, progressive resistance etc etc. All that is far more important than some fancy routine or order of doing exercises. Granted the order of things can be important.

I won't comment too much on the debate but will say I agree with both sides. The industry is full of guys re-inventing the wheel and putting fancy packaging on it and selling it with some silly name. Although Scott is one of the good guys and you can't blame someone for trying to make money by posting info about what they are good at (fitness, bodybuilding etc). E books are an easy way to make income and as BDS highlights $20 is nothing.

So my point is we could all write you out a fancy routine but what will you do with it? Will you go through the motions? Will you make it count?

Here is my last leg day and it was very simple but destroyed me. Every leg day is unique. Although usually I would do more quads movements. However those 5 sets of squats were brutal. Rest paused in a squat machine so when I fail I hold it and do another few reps, hold, another few reps and so on until I get to 20 reps.

Cybex Calf Raise... 2 sets of 30 reps.
Horizontal Leg Press Calf Presses... 4 warm up sets (20, 20, 15, 15) and 2 working sets (about 16 and 8) with extra partial reps.
Flat Bench DB Tibialis Raises... 1 warm up set and 1 working set.
Machine Glute Raises... 4 warm up sets and 1 working set with the full weight rack for each side.
Seated Leg Curls... 4 warm up sets (25, 20, 15, 15) and 2 working sets (I think 14 and 8 reps).
Hamstring focused Hyper Extensions... 1 set of 20 reps.
Squat Machine... 5 sets of 20 reps with the last 3 being rest paused. These destroyed me.
Back Stretches... mainly just be lying on the floor not doing much :D

1 set , 20 rep squats heavy rest pause add weight every workout 2 or 3 x per week

You're wrong, my friend.

What we do is nothing like what any other coach does or can do.
We do not offer a cookie cutter template approach with any client.
There is not a single coach on the planet that can offer over 55+ years
of combined "in the trenches" experience that we offer. No one!

I have total respect for Scott, have done Fortitude and it was pretty good.
Scott is articulate and a great author.

We train people with unique skills and ideas that are fact based, tried and true.

Calling someone a hypocrite is overstepping your boundaries and should not
be used unless you know one's personal knowledge or experiences. The
problem with words typed on a keyboard is that they are easily misinterpreted. I am not here defending Tenny but I am here to let you know
that you are truly misguided and uninformed, just as you did with Tenny.
Don't you realize this simple truth?

Tell me this if you could.
If Fortitude is all that you say, why did you back out of your last contest effort? You are a BIG guy, but have not made any significant improvements
or you would be standing on a National stage and showcasing your improvements. Any response other than agreement just proves me correct.

Your strengths are strong (compliment) but your weakness have never improved (fact). You seem to be spinning in circles doing the same thing over and over and settling for the status quo. Why? You have great potential, it's sad that you chose not do anything with it. That's speaks
leaps and bounds about one's "fortitude".

And there's not a doubt in my mind that you know I'm right.

One last point; if you are going to quote what someone said, don't add your own twist to it. Here's what Tenny said "more power to him.....I have nothing against him.....hope he make millions but not from me..."

Success does not come from jealousy.

Start off with 5min on stepper or bike to get the blood flowing
Squats
135x5 , 225x5 , 275x5 , 315x5 , take a couple good breaths between each rep
365x10-12 v close to failing , 4 more set to near failure.

Straight leg dead lifts (Dumbbells)
120lbX15 (near failure) , 4 more sets to failure

Single leg leg presses
4 plates x rep to failure (20ish reps each leg) , immediately go to next leg , rep to failure
30 second break then rep each leg to failure again do 4 sets of these

Hamstring curls
as much weight as you can get 20 reps with then fail
3 more sets to failure , 30 seconds between sets

Leg extensions
As much weight as you can get 20 rep with then fail
3 more sets to failure

Boy oh boy this thread surely took a wrong turn, lol.

It's very easy to say "I think", but much more difficult to explain why.
Extreme stretching is not how to stretch a hammy. Loaded stretching

lol...I thought I explained why fairly well....here ill say it again...

maybe you can read this better...

loaded stretching...extreme stretching...scam stretching....loaded scammer
stretcthing...whatever the fuck you wanna call it....

it is what it is....stretching.....wow.....

sorry I couldn't read all of your nonsense post

OK....maybe I'm wording this wrong using the word scam....

I have NO beef with HOMON at all....he really doesn't have anything
to do with it.....he hopped on the road when everyone else was doing
it and probably said..."shit, I can and wanna make some money too"
I get it.....its the method that bothers me....

to all you guys that don't know.....ALL THIS TRAINING IS EXACTLY
THE SAME...!!!!!.....DC MD FORTITUDE...all the same...worded different
sets played around with...constant volume and frequentcy
changes....tiers:rolleyes: added in...all the same shit....its called
changing things up...:lightbulb:

DC calls it rest pause...HOMON calls it muscle round...same fuckin shit

its a damn 10 second rest between sets....that's what I call it....and i
have been training like that for 25 years....mixing shit like this in my
training....pissed I didn't think of it, and call it frogger sets...lol
or humpty dumpty sets.....what does MD call it...widowmaker maker sets.

I am simply pointing this shit out.....im not hating....im not jealous
I don't really care....I can sleep at night....don't know if I could take
a certain rep scheme or certain set scheme and call it abracadabra training
and take peoples money....that's all.....I wish I could.....I just cant.

so to Scott....sorry I called it an actual scam....I didn't mean for it
to come across that way....when I reread it....I see that it could have....

that is all.

:)
