First of all, its doing all the stretches correctly, and the correct routine...
I don't wanna hear "well if you do it right it works"

I just would like to know your full routine, if you were a natty or a not, what you gained, how long you trained this way...

or if you are totally against it, give me support, either anecdotal or secondary support...and throw me some other mass/strength routines.

Not to be a dick, but this subject has been discussed a thousand times. ANY program will work if you believe in it and are consistent with it. But if you are looking to add the most amount of mass in the shortest time, then you will not find a better routine then DC, I really dont care what anyone says. It works and thats the bottom line...

Been DCing for almost a year. DCer since age 34.
i gotta say, i love the results. put on roughly 50 lbs, give or take a few.. and i dont care what anyone says about this, most of that weight is lean mass. No, I'm not exactly natural.. but i do use real life dosages, not insane. But i havent been natural in a long time.. so.. either way.

Solid weight gains in a short period of time, carb cut offs/morning cardio kept me pretty lean.

THE STRETCHES WORK! After incorporating DC's stretching, i have a new found roundness in my muscles. Maybe its just my imagination.. but i really believe i look different.

I gotta say, ill never go back to high volume again. I love the rest pause sets. I'm in and out of the gym within 45 mins, 3x/week.

I love it, and im never going back.

To those who dont believe in it, its your loss. By the time you gain 30 lbs more, in the next 5 years LOL.. ill be 100 lbs ahead of you, as well as a LOT stronger.

DC WORKS. Believe it, or not.. Its not my problem.
 
ive been doing DC for about 2 or 3 months now, on a mild cut. im the same weight as i was before, but my bodyfat has dropped considerably, and my strength is up a bit as well. in the mirror the size is definitely there though. making the transition from high volume training to DC is hard, but once you do it, it grows on you and i couldn't imagine doing it any way else. DC for life.
 
I did DC training for about 4 years striaght...It worked great, and my offseason weight went up from 240lbs all the way to the 290lbs..No, it wasnt all muscle, some fat and water..But alot of muscle, that I have today is from DC training...Why did I decided to do something else..I guess you could say I was bored with it...thats it...I liked it, and have thought about doing a form of DC training, but just havnt done that yet..Main reason is I love to train, 5-6 days a week..Currently im following a protocol simular to Phil's style or even what LATS has talked about in the past story time articles...Hitting every bodypart twice a week, with lower sets, and higher intensity...Overall, if you should try to do DC, just give it 100% and follow it as close as possiable...It will work, and you will put on muscle with the program

ive started dc under superd expertice and my weight has wnet from 192lbs to 230 . my log book has made some great strength improvements. if you want to no how to truly perform dc you need to hire someone that no it inside and out.

the weight that i am pushing now i would have never seen it with 5 days a week training. i think i have a slow recovery .

and ther is alot more to dc than is on the boards.
 
I think it sucks.....but hey thats just my opinion.

Well, I decided to do my own routine for my show. I do high volume training one bodypart per week. I did incorporate DC streching into this routine, I do about 30 seconds of stretching between every exercise. I notice the muscles look fuller and not to mention the recuperation factor. Less soreness and stiff joints, which is a blessing at close to 50. After the show I will give the whole routine a shot. So IMO his stretching principals alone will make a difference.
 
I've been using DC training for about 9 mths now. I'm 47 yr old. I thought my mass building days were over with, until I tried DC. I started at a body wgt. of 191 lb. The heaviest I got up to was 210 lb. @ around 11% bf (5'8"). Now weighing around 190 @ 5% bf (got a show coming up June 27). It's a great program the only cavet being I've had to reduce my poundages by about 10-15% since I've started my cutting program.
 
Did'nt like it myself. Too many large bodyparts in one routine compounded by too many total sets in the workout itself quickly lead me to overtrain. Plus, regardless of how many warm-up/weight acclimation sets i did, I just did'nt get the same level of muscle stress I get from a good volume routine. My .02.

1 month after I started DC I was rather dissapointed. I just don't know where I went wrong. My penis is still 1" in length with a 9" circumference. My halitosis is still 9/10 on the scale of disgustingly pungent odors. The third head of my bicep isn't visible and my glutes still look like two bean bag chairs stapled to my back. Total crap...
