I'm new to the scene and am very excited to start my journey to change your lifestyle and my body. I been doing some research on different cycles and found two cycles I really want to do on steroid.com the problem I'm having is figuring out the quantity of bottles to get. Can you please help me figure this out?

First, did you ever do any cycles? Also your stats, age and a picture helps a lot. We can't help you fully without knowing a little about you.

You said u r starting out. So, did you not see the cycle for beginners? you just saw the one's for intermediates lol
 
sorry guys I didn't think to share photos and stats.
I did a cycle of t4 & eq 3 years ago and the cycle was pretty successful. However I was not in the habit of working out and was not committed.
I have made a very specific goal and intend on reaching that goal in 24 months. last year I was over weight at 195 lbs. since then I have changed my diet and lost 30lbs on diet alone without exercising. now since beginning of April I have been running 6 miles every morning and will continue until the end of april.
starting may 1 I will begin a 12 week workout plan. after I have got into the habit of the right diet, cardio, and lifting then I will begin my cycle.

I appreciate your reply and asking me for further information. I did attach some photos I am 35 years old and weigh 167lbs.
my goal was to compete in a physique competition but was told I could not if I did any cycles. I still want to change my body as if I were going to compete anyway.

yea that's my plan. I need to create the habit of lifting before any cycles are added. I did that before and when the cycle was done so was my time in the gym. I am not going to make that same mistake again. I realize it's a lifestyle change not just something I try for 16 weeks. I agree with what you said. however I just need some help from guys who actually know the stuff and are knowledgeable. not people who think they know what they are talking about. I know a few guys and all they wanna do is give me some bs advice

if I were you....I would get on some kind of powerbuilding plan....

you need some muscle badly....

I would squat, deadlift, and bench press once a week....
and make it like a little mini meet every work out.....
progressive overload like a bitch....working to triples....
trying to beat the "book" every week....I can remember squatting
for 2 hours straight....its just what needs to be done...

and I would eat everything I could get my hands on....

then MAYBE in a few years....cut down and see what you look like...
see if you can even be competitive on a stage...

First like Tenny said, you need to actually start training on a regular bases. You don't even look like you touch weights in those pictures. Then you need to get on a consistent program of eating good to achieve that. Steroids are not for you Bud, not until you actual lift for a while or eat good for a while. That is the best advice I can give you.

Don't give up either. You be surprised what 2 years of lifting will do to that body. You will blink your eyes and 2 years will go by fast too. Start now and plough ahead. I still work out and I am 57.
