Id like som thoughts on this cycle
Im 29, 6feet, 210 pounds 20% bf
Id like to work on my condition/stamina/endurance
My goal is to weigh at least 200 pouns with bf at 10-15%, bench 350 ponds, and run 6 miles in 40 min
I bench 270 and run 6 miles in 50 min.
So my may concern is 6 miles at the moment.
Im no BB, but id like to train, all round i do climbing wrestling running swimming bicycling etc...
im thinking of this cycle:
1-12 200mg/Week EQ
1-4 200 mg/week test e
5-8 primo 300-400 mg /week
9-12 test prop 100mgs/Every other Day
My reason to these low doses is that i dont wanna get to big because that want help me in my 6 miles goal.
Anyone have any tips/thoughts on this???
