Id like som thoughts on this cycle
Im 29, 6feet, 210 pounds 20% bf
Id like to work on my condition/stamina/endurance
My goal is to weigh at least 200 pouns with bf at 10-15%, bench 350 ponds, and run 6 miles in 40 min
I bench 270 and run 6 miles in 50 min.
So my may concern is 6 miles at the moment.
Im no BB, but id like to train, all round i do climbing wrestling running swimming bicycling etc...
im thinking of this cycle:
1-12 200mg/Week EQ
1-4 200 mg/week test e
5-8 primo 300-400 mg /week
9-12 test prop 100mgs/Every other Day

My reason to these low doses is that i dont wanna get to big because that want help me in my 6 miles goal.
Anyone have any tips/thoughts on this???

Have you cycled before? and what dosages if so? to be honest, I think with the doses you have listed you're going to end up getting tremendous, painful pumps in your calves and lower back. I'm assuming you're getting ready for ranger school or something close to it because 6 miles at a 6.6 min pace is pretty quick.

I think you need to prioritize what's most important to you at this point.. If getting your run time down is most important then focus on that.. I would think you're going to have a hard time getting any of your lifts up if your doing that much cardio and dieting to get down to 10-15% especially gaining 80 pounds on your bench, I'm not saying it can't be done but difficult, yes.

If you want to do some type of cycle then I would recommend just 100-150 mg of test E per week to help with recuperation.. Maybe add in 200 primo if you want to spend the money.. that should help slighty with lean mass retention. That's what most of the endurance guys I know do.. anymore than that and they get pumps that are too painful. This may not be what you're looking for but I hope it helps some..
 
Yes thats the long goal im preparing for.
Y did run om sust 1000mg/week with some finaplix usually done 2 month cycles, but mostly to get strong and big.Ive done maybe 5 cycles so far.
But after 8 months injuries im back now and im gonna start training again.
Ok so only 100-150 mg test is your advice ive heard that Eq is good for endurance why not eq instead of test? do u have any experience with that

EQ is very good for endurance, the problem lies in the fact that all AAS increase RBC which is good for endurance.. some say EQ will raise it more I don't agree with that, but that's another topic..but an increase in RBC will also mean thicker blood IE better pumps.. I've cycled EQ before and the pumps in gave me in my calves were so painful I couldn't walk half the time, and forget about running..so running test e will also raise your RBC which will help with endurance.

Why not EQ instead of test? in my opinion if you run EQ you'll need to run test anyways, at least replacement dosages.. so why not just run the test, which will still increase RBC and help with endurance.. Doing the training that you'll be doing to get your run time down will naturally decrease test production so by suppling replacement dosages you'll remain in a slightly anti-catabolic state which will help with your recovery. And yes I do have experience with this time of situation.. no I not a ranger and have never tried going through the process but I was in the Army and did cycle while in..and every time I ran bodybuilding dosages I literally could not run because of calve pump.. I failed every PFT I had while on cycle. Something else to keep in mind.. the more you weight whether fat or muscle the lower your VO2 max will be, translation your cardio will naturally be worse than if you had less weight on your frame.. look at anyone in ranger batt. yes you'll have some very big boys but they are rare.. most are very lean with more of a surfer look..
 
forgot to add that CEM has a good forum for endurance athletes.. and you'll see the dosages they run are simply test e at anywhere from 100 to 200 a week.
 
I never could run on EQ or Tren... my calves would get so pumped in a couple mins that they and the shins left me laying on my back holding my legs in the air trying to get the blood out... the pain was incredible.

But remember, you're really good at what you do. Run or move something from here to there.... though Ben Johnson looked awesome I doubt he benched 300. What you're sacrificing in here to be stronger is speed really. The stronger you get, the bigger you'll most likely get and pushing that load around a track for 8 min miles.... that will be rough. From reading what you'd like to do with this wonder drug is be superman... naaa gonnna happen, not at this junnnnncture.

THE STORM
 
Avid Cyclist at 45 years

I am an avid cyclist and I have recently fished a low dose cycle of sust250 1ml each week for 10 weeks with a tapper up and tapper down period. Here is my experience:
1) On cycle I saw big gains in over all quadracepts / Biceptsfemorus size and
strength (gained almost 1” of diameter at largest point measuring around
top of thigh.

2) Endurance when down in exact correlation to heart rate going up for a
given ride.

3) Out of saddle climbing was great for the first ¼ mile but after that I hit
the LT threshold and the muscles actually felt like they were becoming
detached from the bone and flopping like sausages.

4) Now 6 weeks off cycle thigh size is ½” less but all of the negative things
above have reset so to speak. Endurance is up heart rate is down
strength is up to a point higher than it was before I started the cycle
and recently turned my PB on a by over 1MPH average over a 25 mile
course.

I guess I should mention that I am not a Big Guy I weigh in during the racing season at a round 158 and around 6% FB.
