I have gotten fat. I train hard DC style. I do cardio 30 min x 3 per week. I take some test 600 mg and some eq 200mg. I am eating clean. Usually 200 grams of protein via shakes and 2 lean protein meals with salad. I do use Ranch though. Carb cutoff at 6 pm.
I am having a hard time losing weight and I am 270. I just banged up my shoulder so my press workouts are over for a bit. Bursitis I think. I am frustrated.
What do some of you do to lose some weight. I have thought about adding some hgh or a some of the peptides. Dam the peptide stuff is a long read learning it.
Thought about some clen but it gives me head aches out the yahoo.
Does anyone have a get lean quick formula other than the Hcg diet. What do some of you do to get ready for summer. Does anyone have any simple outline or link. Dam i am just overwhelmed that in the last ten days i lost only 2 LBs and i am fat.
