I have gotten fat. I train hard DC style. I do cardio 30 min x 3 per week. I take some test 600 mg and some eq 200mg. I am eating clean. Usually 200 grams of protein via shakes and 2 lean protein meals with salad. I do use Ranch though. Carb cutoff at 6 pm.

I am having a hard time losing weight and I am 270. I just banged up my shoulder so my press workouts are over for a bit. Bursitis I think. I am frustrated.

What do some of you do to lose some weight. I have thought about adding some hgh or a some of the peptides. Dam the peptide stuff is a long read learning it.

Thought about some clen but it gives me head aches out the yahoo.

Does anyone have a get lean quick formula other than the Hcg diet. What do some of you do to get ready for summer. Does anyone have any simple outline or link. Dam i am just overwhelmed that in the last ten days i lost only 2 LBs and i am fat.

My Girl is kicking my ass. She has abs no matter what.

Just because you posted up photos of that dream like creature you call your girlfriend I will help. I'm still feeling sorry for myself. :mad:

I sounds like you are doing all the right things.

I was put on Adderal XR a few months ago for AADD. Not for weight loss. But it absolutely kills my appetite to the point were I need to force myself to eat. And I still lost 15 lbs I really didn't want to lose. 210 to 195.

I know this stuff is addictive, tough to get and the appetite suppression doesn't last forever, but it will help you along for a few months.

Or you can just keeping doing what you are doing (your gear use may be causing a lot of water retention, get rid of that for some low hanging fruit with the weight loss) and I'm certain the weight will start to melt off.

PS - I was a heavy peptide user for 6-8 months and all I experienced were nasty side effects. They were thrown out.
 
Quick approach - double your cardio and cut your carbs in half.

At your bodyweight your protein should be at least 350g per day to ward off any catabolism.

I'm no diet expert. I'm no training expert. In fact I consider myself a hack. But even I can see you're not eating enough protein at 270 lbs. 2 lbs in 10 days is on track. You didn't get fat over night, and you're not going to get lean overnight either.

There are some great trainers on this board. Hire one and let them review your diet and training. Its worth it.

Man i am down to 264 Amen. Getting it done. Last night i read the transformation thread in the Articles section. Awesome. My pics are going to be in there some day soon. What a motivational thread
 
One of the things that has helped me lately in losing some more BF has been adding a little more EFAs. I hit a little plateau just a while ago and didnt lose anymore weight for about two weeks or so. I kept everything the same Cardio and diet. I actually had to slow up on the cardio a little due to work but I added more EFAs and I started to lose weight again. Just something to possible think of or maybe try. Worked for me anyway
