And to be honest this barefoot squatting was started from my former hero Arnie, in the "pumping iron" days, but now I cant stand the fucking hypocrite and I think his training is bullshit compared to nowadays, thats why that arrogant fuckface never had any legs. I still see people trying to folow his footsteps with bare footed squats and the stupid arnold shoulder press and the donkey calfs with your friends sitting on you.

Good Ole Arnold! He was a conniving S.0.Buckshot for sure! In my opinion, I don't think the sport had progressed enough for people to concentrate on the legs yet. Just like today, MOST average Joe schmoes fixate on the UPPER rather than the LOWER. In Arnold's day, I have a feeling the sport was similar in this aspect. Just a guess tho.

In other words, I think if Arnold would have concentrated on his legs, they would/could have been just as spectacular as his UPPER. Again, just a layman's observation. One thing fo show, he wasn't no dummy!
