I never liked dbol...one of the main reasons being I would get hemmrhoids within days of starting it. To prevnt them or treat once u have them I would use babywipes, stool softeners($4 at walmart), supplement with vitamin c and magnesium 2-3x a day, and eat 2-3 servings of fruit.
