I think I injected some curcumin and resveratrol into a vein, will I be ok?

So I was doing a glute injection of 1ml curcumin(100mg) and 0.7ml resveratrol, I aspirated, nothing came through, so I went on and injected, as I was injecting I got kinda a chemical taste in my mouth similar to what you get when you IV certain drugs. after pushing it in, I aspirated to make sure and some blood came into the syringe. I didn't even think it was possible to hit a vein in the glute, esp with a 1.5" needle.

Its been an about an hour though, and I haven't died yet, so im guessing ill be fine?

Sometimes you can get a tren-cough reaction from curc. No big deal, you’ll be fine.

I get 'curc cough' occasionally. These days I inject it very slowly, and I don't heat up the oil at all before shooting. I have avoided the cough for quite a while... On Friday's shot, I started getting that weird taste, but no coughing.

Yes if you heat them the solvents can "vaporize" and cause it, leting it return to room temp can prevent it.

I have had glute in an IV with some other things, so yea it's fine.

Curc likes to separate from the solvent, and despite what you do to shake the shit out of it, every now and again you'll get a bit more solvent. Then, should you happen to nick a vein while also having that rare overly concentrated mix of solvent, you can get this. Thus, the stars somewhat align for this to happen, and therefore you see why it doesn't happen too often.

But as stated prior, if you want to step outside the "accepted", then you will run into unexpected.

I was surprised I actually hit a vein in the glute though, first time ever. anyone else ever have this happen
