hey mas1derful when you type a post look a little further down on that page and you will see "Attach files" and then a rectangular button that reads - Manage Attachments like below pic shows - then click on that box...

next you will see a button that says "Browse" so click that and you will need to know what directory your pictures are in and the name of the picture file. click that picture file or type it in then click to open. when it appears in the "Browse" box click upload. you then will want to preview your post and it will show what you typed in your post and the picture file below that.

if the picture file is too large or it's the WRONG picture you would go back and click manage attachments then there is an option to remove picture file. click it and picture file is removed.

know where your picture files are saved and be careful with what pics you post. little slice had that incident with a picture file of some girls he said someone paid to be at a party. turned out to be my ex and i thought she was just out visiting her sister.

It does I got to 280 and felt like hell. My muscle is very dense my dad had a weight room in our basement. So my body is very thick. I will try to stay a leaner 260. I wrestled 185 as a high school freshman so my natural weight is over 225.
