Guys I'm catching up on things I neglected over the last month. I will back tonight to answer most your question. But I won my 1st show the Washington collegiate in 86 4 weeks after the wrestling season ended. I qualified for national in my next show in 89 took 2nd in the Portland Rose Cup light heavies. My career choice had me stop bodybuilding til 2011. Yes 22 years I didn't compete. More later tonight.

Sorry guys I took a total break from everything knowing I was starting all over again in a week. I'm gonna attempt to go to the 212 class at the Phoenix Pro. If I start losing too much muscle I'll do the Ferrigno. AT 52 I DON'T HAVE TIME TO WASTE. I see there were a lot of questions. When I get back from cardio I'll get back on line.
