I Wanna Try Slin, and I Have no Idea What I'm Doing, as Usual

Just a heads up, nobody is going to be thrilled about this post. You're more than likely going to get a bunch of responses saying "use the search function", which is also my suggestion. I was in your boat and learned a lot on my own very quickly searching
 
"i wana use slin" and "i have no idea what im doing" are not two things that should go in the same sentence lol damn..
 
Tread carefully dude. Insulin can have a side effect known as death if you don't dose it correctly. Its not difficult to dose if you just read up on it a little.
 
Comas can be fun and really promote muscle growth (gotta get that rest!).


Seriously though, simply start searching (this forum or the world wide web) and you'll be able to find things very quickly. Asking someone to lay the whole thing out just seems lazy!

Super easy bud. Just start low . Less then ten ius. Just to see how u respond. develop from there. keep sugar on hand.
 
I just started using slin last month. I researched a lot due to the fact that it can kill you if you don't do what you need to do as far as carb intake goes. Just google it and start from their. Be safe

No it's not that easy although I know you meant well. If he were to take your advice he could potentially put on tons of fat. Slin when run by itself is a tricky proposition in that carbs have to be timed correctly, fat intake has to be minimal while slin is active, etc. Too many factors and variables to consider. Now things get a little easier when gh is involved.

This is what i did..
1. Get glucose meter
2. Get loads of gatorades
3. Got karbolyn, bcaas, creatine and good protein
4. Shot 7uis 1st day post workout
5. Took 75g karbo, 20g bcaa, 10g creatine
6. Wait 15 mins, take 60g whey iso
7. Wait 30 mins (t+30) check your glucose, if you're not OK , drink carbs
8. Wait 1hour after inj (t+60) eat 40g carbs of rice and 60g prots chicken
9. Wait 1h30 mins (t+90) check your glucose again, if your not OK , '' '' ''
10. Wait 3h (t+180) eat 40g oats and 60g red beef
11. Wait 3h30 (t+210) check glucose

Then i've tried 10uis, and sticking to it atm, and later will try it preworkout.
Mike Arnold's protocol seem's interesting, just wondering when to incorporate my GH in this protocol.
Anyways, this is my protocol for 10 uis PWO :

1. Shoot 10ui slin pwo SUB Q
2 Drink 75g karbolyn, 20g bcaas 10g creatine
3. t+15 60g whey iso
4. t+30 glucose meter
5. t+60 80g carbs rice, 60g prots chicken
6. t+90 glucose meter
7. t+180 50g oats 60g prots red meat
8. t+210 glucose meter

hope this can give you an idea how to do it.
If i'm wrong , guess someone will correct me. But my protocol works well for me
 
What are the Protocols?
whoa...If you've never done slin before I'd check out some other options before shootin 10ius at the get go.

Do a search through my threads...I had a log on when I did my slin run. I started low and found my spot. Hope it helps.

Ya might want to pm someone that has experience like actual proof of they know what the hell they are doing! Or Make a post saying I am wanting to start taking slin but I need a proper protocol and what is a good dose of where to start at.Slin is not to be played with it is only for one who knows what they are doing. A lot of Research is recommended!

THIS IS NOT WHAT I AM TELLING YOU TO DO OR RECOMMENDING I AM JUST GIVING YOU A IDEA OF WHAT I DID!
ON WORKOUT DAYS
I started at 10iu Humalog 30 min before workouts! Combined with 55g protein and 60grams of waxy maize & creatine and beta alanine.
Intra Workout 20g no synthasize and 40 grams of waxy maize
Post workout 55grams of protein with 60 grams of waxy maize, creatine and beta alanine.
I use a product now called carbo lean made by Musclefeast it is a combo of maltodextrin, Dextrose, and Waxy Maize Great product Great Price!
