I posted here about last year, and I was fat. Now, after dieting a bit, I'm 10 pounds underweight, 5'5 at 120 pounds. I am only 15 years old, so is there a way I can increase my muscle mass drastically, while it won't stunt my growth or cause back problems? I know weight lifting sort of hurts my back, so if you know of a way to gain muscle mass at home, can you please tell me? Thanks in advance.
