In asking this question, I understand that ultimately in the end no one but myself can make the decision. Due to the level of experience that most of you guys on this board have, I will let your opinions weigh heavily in my final decision. So, I started weight lifting about 3-4 years ago, I was 130 pounds at 5'10'' and "skinny-fat." I am 200 pounds today at the same height with far less bodyfat, so I feel as if Ive done a good job thus far. My main struggle right now is trying to decide wether or not I should "fire up" my first run. I have nothing but simplicity in mind, possbily .25 to a .5 gram a week of "test-cakes" for 10-12 with proper ancillaries to follow. Despite having what I like to thinks is a good diet and training routine, the gains Im seeing are really starting to slow down. My main goal is to make it to the national level, but I would like to keep my health in check rather than going balls to the wall with super supplements. Do you guys feel as if I should exhaust other options, like being trained by Phil or DC before I go the un-natural route? Keep in mine Im only 21. Also, ever since I can remember (age 10-12) Ive had puffy nips, no soreness or obvious lumps, just puffiness. I did consult with a cosmetic surgeon, his prognosis was psuedo-gynecomastia. Is it safe to start a course with this "condition''?

Well, considering your age, I think you'd definitely be smart to get somebody like Phil or DC first. You've still got a good 3-4 years of good growing to do naturally before your own test production starts to decline. The knowlege you gain from getting one of those guys to guide you will help you out a lot. And that knowledge will be the basis of a learning experience in discovering how your body works. By the time you're 25, you will have learned so much more about training and diet if you hire one of these guys, that when you do decide to juice, you'll get much better results. Plus, a few more years of natural training will give you a better base of muscle that will last for the rest of your life. As for the gyno thing, whether you do or don't start juicing, I think you should take some nolva. If you don't use any juice, nolva at about 10 mg/day, could help reduce the puffiness under the nipples. And if you do juice, taking it throughout the cycle could prevent any problems. If your nipples are already puffy, I wouldn't take any chances with doing a cycle without either an aromatase inhibitor or estrogen blocker.
 
I'm with Bigboyj here. Hook up with one of the resident pro's here. These guy know their stuff. Give it another few years as BBj said. These guys will have you growing naturally. Then if you want to take it to the next level you will be better prepared, have more knowledge and the trainers will help you. You have done the right thing coming here bro. lots of good people here that will help out.
 
Right now Im trying different training styles, trying to figure out what suits me best. My diet is based off of Phils liquid diet, so I say I consume 4500calories from shakes and usually 1 solid food meal a day. It works out well with my hectic work schedule. What does Phil usually charge? anyone know? maybe Phil if your out there? As far as the cycle is concerned, Im very anxious to start, but I do not want to self-destruct either! Thanks guys for the input.
 
Well, I agree with the general consensus! I guarantee that if you find someone will a sound knowledge in BBing/nutrition, you will be on your way to some incredible gains.

It's true, you want to completely exhaust your natural potential, creating some "mature" muscle and a solid base. The more you pack on naturally the more you will keep when you eventually "come off" AAS when you DO take them.

I can tell you from personal experience that my best move was to hire a pro for nutrition and training advice. This was after FIVE years of going at it my self. I managed to put on another 30+ lbs over the following three years and when I DID finally decide to "go on" I knew what I needed to do as far as nutrition/training etc.

Most will tell you from experience, you can take ALL the AAS you want. If you're diet is not absolutely correct, you will be very disappointed with the results or lack thereof. (unless you are genetically gifted)

You are correct in saying; the choice IS ultimately yours!
