I am putting together a diet for a Endo/Meso who is fairly lean now but wants to add 20-40lbs in the next year or so. I know from personal experince that I need to get a tad chubby to really pack on the pounds. I am trying to explain to him that its very hard to put on alot of weight without packing on some unwanted bodyfat. I guess Im just wondering what everyones opinion is. He is going to do a cycle for 2 months, then take 2 months off, then do 1 more two monther. The goal is like I stated to put on 20-40lbs. He is about 6'2 230lbs now, hasnt done a cycle yet, and looks great.

My main question is which I think I know the answer is, Can someone pack on the pounds with out putting on some fat, lets say he gets 30lbs out of this 6 months, but puts on 10-12 lbs of fat. I think that is realistic, maybe too much maybe too little.
 
You know the answer :)

If he sticks to the nutritional outline, he'll gain minimal fat. The more he deviates, the more fat he'll gain or less mass he'll gain.
