IBE CUSTOMER SERVICE---SUPERB

I don't write much about companies and such but, I MUST write about IBE. IBE is all about customer service. Customer service that is beyond any I've ever seen.

Basically, after placing an order with IBE, I was wasn't able to pick-up my order from the post office for several days. The order I made had temperature sensitive items. I was afraid the items might be hosed since it was at room temperature for too long. So, I simply wrote IBE to inquire if it was ok to still use the product (I wasn't asking for a replacement, I was just inquiring if the item was still good).

IBE promptly wrote back and stated they would send out another order just in case. IBE stated they did not want my first expericene with my order to be a bad experience and they SENT ME ANOTHER ORDER!!!

My order was over $200. IBE totally stepped up like champions. I didn't think customer service of this level existed anymore. I totally applaude IBE. GREAT COMPANY!!!

Honestly I can't say enough good things about IBE. They are without a doubt one of the most stand up companies out there. In fact, I have said so many nice things about them lately that I have been accused of working for them, lol.

Its hard sometimes because its not easy making everyone happy and some people are not happy no matter what we try to do. At times I feel like i want to reach through the screen and I have wrote back some stupid stuff that I got in trouble for. It's really good to see this kind of feed back it makes the job easier.

I have to concur! Fast and friendly service. Got my first order in 3 days to CA. I turned around and immediately made another order. I am about to make a third order as I write this!! Kudos to IBE!
