Who has IBS and what have you found helpful (aside from pre and probiotics)?
 
BP-157 seems to help mine. Along with probiotics and knowing what foods trigger me.
 
I’ve had IBS for 10 years , colitis for 10 years and my entire colon removed 6 surgeries, fiber helped me the most w ibs and boswellia
 
Have you noticed a discernable difference? I was taking oral BP 157 and didn't notice any benefit to gut health.
I have IBS type D, stress and some foods combined will make me have a bad flare up. With The BP 157, I just went through a pretty rough patch with a loved one in one hospital and Father dieing in another, getting him home on hospice care to die where he wants. I was eating crap and it wasn't that bad.
 
Try to stay away from gluten, legumes, fructans (like in garlic and onions) and sugar alcohols if you don't already, eat more soluble than insoluble fibers. Dairy is generally but hard cheeses and lactose-free products are fine for most people with IBS.
Aloe Vera juice is often very helpful as it reduces gastrointestinal inflammation quite effectively.
 
Who has IBS and what have you found helpful (aside from pre and probiotics)?
SBO probiotics morning and night. Replace one or two of your protein scoops with a good bone broth protein. I mix a scoop of whey with bone broth protein and greens as my last meal before bed. Makes a huge difference with my digestion and have recommended to many with IBS with great success as it runs in my family.

I’m sure you have the basics covered such as sticking to anti-inflammatory diet. Limit red meat, egg whites and any processed or refined sugars. Digestive enzymes with each meal as well will do wonders.
 
I had IBS for a long time and I stopped eating chicken, using grape seed oil, and a lot of vegetables and haven’t had a problem in years.

I mainly do the whole “eat what you kill” thing now..a lot of deer, elk, wild hog, and fish and shrimp..but I’m sure I could’ve done it with conventional beef as well
 
Probably snack on this damn thing all week..I used to compete in bbq hardcore..even won at the jack Daniel invitational..I hate eating bbq I gotta cook though.

But red meat is the key for my ibs to stay in check
