IBS or Stomach Problems

Do any of you suffer from IBS or a similiar problem. My stomach has been screwed up for months ever since i caught a parasite from somewhere. I got rid of the parasite with some meds and then about 2-3 months later stomach started acting up again. Went to the Doc and they cant find anything wrong as of now. So I gues its IBS or something like that.

Anyone experience issues like this that they can share what has worked ,supplements or any other therapies or techniques.

hey bro i have been meaning to post about this.anyway, i have been having stomach problems too.i talked to a friend of mine that very nutrition savy,he told me that it happens to alot of people especially bodybuilders.here's what he told me,he said that alot of times people lose the acidity in their stomach.losing the acidity in your stomach causes your body not to digest the food properly.it also causes you to lose your appetite especially for red meat.he has me taking enzymes and HCL tablets.if i don't take them everytime i eat i feel like i'm going to die.i get some of the worst stomach pains ever.everyone is different,so you might not get these pains but have other symptoms.also it can cause your hips to be real tight and hard to move.anyway he told me it could take a month or so to get the ph back to normal in my gut.

i take super enzymes from NOW
and HCL-plus from BIOTICS RESEARCH

I had the same thing a couple of months ago it really worried me because as soon as I got finished eating it was on. At the time Iwas using some Thai dbols I dunno something didnt seem right. I took a z pak and it went away slowly now am back to normal also upped vitiman C count as well. MM

I've been having similiar problems this cycle. Just a low grade but steady nausea, wakes me up sometimes. Think it started when I added EQ. Could you provide a little more info about what you are taking to combat it.
