I'm 6 ft 193 lbs @ around 17% bodyfat down from about 22%.
I've competed naturally in a tested fed in the 90kg category. Now that I'm enhanced, I know bodybuilders try to get as lean as possible before bulking on a blast. For powerlifting, does this rule hold true, and should I keep cutting for now, and how low should I go?
