If this is an all out mass cycle, then you want to use the minimum amount of T3 necessary to simply counter the thyroid down regulation associated with GH use. Is guesswork on the dose unless you get a thyroid panel so you can see you TSH/T3 levels, but I would recommend something like 12.5 mcg QD unless you experience typical hypothyroid associated symptoms, then try 25mcg QD.
The slin also compliments the GH since GH will down regulate your GLUT receptors. I hate to give slin advice but I believe a short actiing insulin (Humalog) post work out and in the AM is best. I use 10 units with at least 7-10 grams of simple carbs per unit (70-100 grams in my case) within 15 minutes of dosing the slin.
