Flex Wheeler and Paul Dillett both had way better genetics than Ronnie or Dorian Yates (Yes, they had way better genes than anyone on this board but im talking about the top pros here) but both Flex and Paul had horrible work ethic, cheated on their diets constantly. Charles Glass used to train Flex and Paul and he openly was disgusted with that because they had the tools to win but didnt put in the dedication that Dorian and eventually Ronnie did.

Weighed a soft 320. Was very cool and humble.

In a front double bicep, each lat was literally 3x as big as his head. Really freaky looking.
