I have do an experiment two times, the first time I had do a "challenge" from an bb coach (vigorous Steve) train calves every day for 1 month , i tried to change my exercise and rep ranges every time and at the end i had put on 1 cm on both calves.
Recently after i had see a video of Justin Harris on nucleus overload where he train legs every day for one month i do the same thing with biceps , in this case I don't pick the measurements first but after one month i see nice improvement. I'd like try the same thing with triceps. Anyone have do similar things ?
