I have do an experiment two times, the first time I had do a "challenge" from an bb coach (vigorous Steve) train calves every day for 1 month , i tried to change my exercise and rep ranges every time and at the end i had put on 1 cm on both calves.
Recently after i had see a video of Justin Harris on nucleus overload where he train legs every day for one month i do the same thing with biceps , in this case I don't pick the measurements first but after one month i see nice improvement. I'd like try the same thing with triceps. Anyone have do similar things ?

For both the muscle group i did 1 exercise maybe 2 at the end of the workout , so not change so much. In the rest days i had a little gym in my house so after the cardio i did 1 pump exercise

For the second question, permanent, i don't know , surely after 2 weeks of the biceps's month i see the arms a little more pump

I did the same but the great John meadows and Paul carter were the ones that I was watching talk about the calves.

I did around 3-4 sets, sometimes 5, every workout, so 5x week usually.

Is just rotate through, leg press calves, seated calves, that weird calve machine. Change foot position every now and then.

I did bring them up quite noticeably. Now I just try to hit them 3x a week.
 
The question is, Is what ever stimulus is required to grow the same to maintain?
