If you could pick only 5 exercises...

...to perform for the rest of your training life to build the most mass possible, what would yours be? This isn't about what's the best overall exercise for development, but what's the best 5 exercises to build the most mass for you.

Mine would be, in no particular order:

Machine Dips
Swiss Bar Rows
Squats
Fat Bar Curls
High Incline Bench

I feel bad not putting deadlifts in here but since we're talking solely about mass development:

Squats
Front Squats
Flat Barbell Bench Press
Barbell Bent Over Rows
Pull ups/Chin ups

Squats, Dead Lift, Bench Press, Pull ups/Chin Ups, Military Press

Squats
Decline Bench
T-bar rows
Stiff leg deads
Parallel grip pulldwowns

Dips
Incline Bench
Weighed Chins
Deadlifts
Squats

squats, flat DB bench press, incline DB bench press, wide grip pull ups, bent over barbell rows

I feel bad for not including chins for sure. But if I don't include any direct bicep work, they literally go to shit.

Why can't we chose 6 exercises? I would rather go on a hunger strike until humanity allows as 6 exercises!!

good question

full squats, 20 to 50 reps
dips - weighted
chin-ups - weighted
overhead presses – bb or db
curls – bb or db

1 to 3 sets to muscular failure,
3X per week with a day off in
between.

If that fails, reduce the number
of sets and / or the number of
training days per week.

Eat when hungry. Maintain a
balanced diet, zero 'supplements'
for now . . .

1. Squat
2. Incline BB Press
3. Barbell Bentover Row
4. Lateral Raises
5. Preacher Curl/Dips

Not necessarily my top five favorites but five that would build the best body for myself would be:

Squats
Deadlifts
Bench press
Pull-ups
Dips

Probably the most mundane and cliche top five but would hit all my muscles nicely and I respond well to these lifts.

Leg press (id pick squat for most people but my hips hate back squat)
incline db press
weighted dips
weighted neutral grip pull-ups (get some bicep action in their)
