I just like do exercises without equipment , just use our body... like squats, pull ups, push-ups and so on. you know, it's will be convenient for us. cause you can do these exercises anywhere, anytime!
 
With all of this in mind, what frequency would you guys use?

Personally, I'd hit each exercise ONCE per week but set it up so that each bodypart was hit TWICE per week.
 
With most of the exercise choices on here, I have to ask, why aren't most of us just buying a powerrack with attachments and Olympic barbell set then just train at home. And for those who compete, just go to the gym for 3 months before a contest for all the isolation work?

This is exactly what I've done, only I've got a plate loaded Dip machine, too.

I think a lot of guys keep going to the gym because a home gym doesn't generally offer lots of hot women in lycra wear.

That said, I limited these guys to only 5 exercises. Ones that they'd pick if they could only choose 5. So in all liklihood they wouldn't do just 5 on a normal basis and so need the gym for variation.
