20 mg Halotestin pre workout

From the perspective of a bodybuilder, not a power lifter… I can rep out and pump out all day long when I run it. I actually have to stop my workout when I could keep going. Pumps are insane. It’s fast in and fast out just like test suspension and it’s going to make you grow.

That's only proof of statement - don't overcomplicate things and trust the process.

Do you have enough mg's? Don't they affect your appetite, training performance? If answer is NO - just stick to it and forget. Focus on meals, overload training and recovery.

As JP always says. BB is simple..
 
It’s absolutely astounding to me how vastly different people react to these compounds.

I have literally tried Anadrol 2 times as a preworkout, and the drive on it seemed immediate- and incredible. But it definitely messed with my gut both times- enough to realize that, at least for me, orals overall might be used for a temporary effect- but injectables seem way less risky overall, and their effects are long lasting.

Putting humor aside and being transparent- I’ve learned a lot from you guys and the board- here’s what I believe are the core things I’ve learned-

1) minimum effective dosage is what we should be looking for, and the simpler the better to adjust as needed- fewer variables make everything easier to dial in

2) Everyone reacts differently to these compounds, so keep that in mind.

3) Orals have their place for very specific reasons, and for very specific effects (Winstrol for peak week, Anadrol to break through a plateau etc). But orals are not worth it if you’re looking for an extended phase or length of time and want to retain your gains.

4) Nutrition and training correctly seem to be 95% of this game. Depending on goals, AAS are the icing on the cake

5) Your goals long term are what should drive your decision and risk assessment. An older guy like me? I’ve come to the conclusion that Test, GH , Primo and Masteron as needed, that’s it. If you’re on prep, things might be added or removed as needed, because the goal is that day for that show versus just fitness in general. So it’s all about goals, risk assessments and making a plan that addresses your goal specifically.

So see guys, all bs and humor aside, I’ve learned quite a few important things here- thanks to everyone who has helped me on this road.

Some people get gut issues when nothing else causes it and they are you. Some guys get good effect on 25mg yet others need 100mg to really feel it turn on. Some bloat, some harden. Some get estrogenic-like side effects even though it does not convert to e2.

None of these are super uncommon either. One of those drugs you try and see what it does for you.

@OldManLogan when u say u used drol twice do u mean? Like two instances for a couple week? Or like 2 days?

I tried it literally two times last year, as a preworkout just to see how it felt (I was struggling with a plateau at the time). I think it was 50 mg, iirc.

Felt really good and strong the first time, didn’t seem to retain too much water, and ok other than some acid reflux.
The second time I tried it (I think a week later?) the reflux was pretty awful.

I had a friend in college who gave me my first bottle of syntex anadrol. Destroyed his stomach and he couldn't eat. Was fine with all other orals and no stomach issues otherwise (to this day and originally knew him in the early 1990s). Wild but seems like drol is it's own bag even in this. I forgot about this story and reason I got that big ass bottle until we were discussing it here a few months back. Crazy but true

Tren a would be my choice, even 5mgs a day would work great! Better than your 205 primo!
I don't know personally if u can get a better bang for your buck than Tren, even at low dosages it just performs.
 
I voted var because the duration option of 8 weeks. If I could only do an "oral" cycle w/o test, it would be var. With test, I really like drol. Don't have any issues with heartburn or appetite. Just a great look when I'm <12%, and even better when less than 10%BF
 
Nilevar? That's a compound I haven't heard in a while. I still have like 100 tabs of the Mexican version which was loaded with b vitamins. Always wanted to try it but time isn't on my side since it's noted as a pretty harsh compound. Bill Pearl claimed he put 30 pounds on using Nilevar alone back in the late 60s early 70s.
This shit sounds interesting. Can’t find much talk of it anywhere. Not really interested in running it, but stories and info would be a good read.

No hate- but so many assumptions! For context though - I work remote from home, and a lot of the social interaction I have daily is with people at the gym-AFTER we train hard AF. btw. 😉

I find nothing wrong with using the gym socially. If you go to a gym long enough you meet the people who go at the same time every day and get to know them. And when you work by yourself or with a small office the gym becomes the most social event of the day or week. A half ass workout and talking to a few nice people beats sitting at home watching TV or being at a bar. Hats off to you if you still get a killer workout and have fun doing it.

FYI that is a fake/troll user. Total NPC and his 5 total posts as of last night show him as a zero value fool with poor social skills. Im in the opposite situation, I have to interact, talk, small talk with people all day at work...the last thing I want at the gym is attention. I switched to hard core gym this is the biggest difference, 90% of people use the gym to train and don't mix in talk/horselplay.. its alot easier to get on equipment because people do their 3-4 sets in 10 minutes and move on. Where another gym those 3-4 sets take 35 minutes because they are bullshitting between sets.

Ask em how many sets left. Sounds obvious but it works 🤷‍♂️ hell, half the time they’re suddenly either done using it or on their last set and do it right away
