I'm not looking to go crazy. Would like to get back to 400mg test. Don't want to put together a proper cycle til I'm cleared to lift heavy with upper body. My test use wouldn't surpass 750-800mg. But probably not more than 600mg I'm thinking. Wanted to run Dbol and EQ but thinking maybe just run Winstrol inject. EQ I know really hikes up RBCs and Dbol I'm thinking I should maybe wait on using, Idk yet. Deca in place of EQ, it shoots up my BP, so Deca is out. Makes me break out with Bacme as well.I appreciate the input on this fellasI've had multiple orthopedic surgeries from shoulders, to knees, to spinal, to hand, elbows, etc (starting to sound like a song) and as others have stated, TRT and functional/tendon & ligament training works best with your PT till you are at least at 80%, but waiting till completely cleared to train is best.
You'd be surprised just what can go wrong with just one part of the kinetic chain out of sync, even if you feel it's unrelated to upper body training. If you add in higher doses of gear, your recovery could go south fast for too many reasons to get into.
Good luck and a speedy recovery.
My opinion is that if I'm not 100%, especially post surgery, then using higher dosages (over TRT) is not necessary and could actually be counter-productive.I'm not looking to go crazy. Hip replacement is a fairly significant surgery and the whole body needs time to adjust to the change.
There are a number of medical complications that can occur during your recovery, which should stress keeping the body as close to a natural healing (homeostatic) state as possible.
The time it takes to get back to normal can be the worst part of recovering, but the possibility of destroying the work that was done or having other complications is far worse than waiting till you are 100%
Believe me, having a major orthopedic surgery and then fucking it up from impatience sucks... I've been there and had it happen to me. I had to have a second knee surgery from me fucking up my first knee surgery, which came from me being impatient.
All that extra time and money wasted because I couldn't be patient. Lesson learned.
That's just my opinion/advice and free advice is worth what you pay for it.
Depending on your age, you could run HRT with some select peptides now to help facilitate healing now.
If you want to run a "cycle," you'll get the most out of it when you can train again. Your medical professionals should be able to provide guidance on when you can safely train again.
