I would just do Test/GH. I've had left rotator cuff and left elbow/tricep surgeries in the past 2 yrs. Main thing is do the physical therapy and listen to the doctor on when you can start to "push" it. I'm 5 months post elbow/tricep surgery right now. Can I push heavier weight with my left arm than I should right now? You bet I can. Am I going to? Hell no. I just did a 70lb dumbbell for chest yesterday in the gym since my surgery. Am I strong enough to do more? Heck yeh. But I'm not gonna push it. To hell with getting reinjured. As the.bandit said, BE PATIENT.Would love to hear feedback. I'm about four and a half weeks post hip replacement. Not sure when I can lift upper body heavy again but also itching to do another cycle.
