Lets say you were prescribed at 21 years old because your T was out of range. No prior AAS usage. You are given Test E injections, 100mg per week. If you continued this every week with no changes........

25 years later, what are some health issues you might anticipate?

JK. Significantly less than from low testosterone. But TRT has been correlated with worsened sleep, also theres the potentially for high crit and RBC. This is most likely from the lack of the pulsatile nature that testosterone would spike like naturally.

Well, one of the side effects of TRT is infertility, because it shuts the body down.

I agree that poor sleep could be a potential as well. I still firmly believe that the body knows that the stuff injected or rubbed like testim or androgel is not the same as natural testosterone... Not sure how, but I know its true for me...

But Proviron is used in a lot of countries to treat low T condition, which is called hypogonadism, just not allowed in the US...

So I would seriously look at Proviron, but it is not cheap. You can look up dosage on line, but its not cheap.

It depends on who you ask. Some people will point to the more obvious effects, others will reference the research showing that people with higher test levels liver longer and healthier (even though they naturally have higher test levels, not artificially induced high levels). Who knows what the effects are of long term AI use or HCG use. As far as I know we don't have that data to help guide us. Just do it as safely as possible and learn as much as you can and then make the decision and keep an eye on your health. For those with genuinely low test, the risk may be well worth the higher quality of life.

Should be none. That dose is too low to cause health issues any different than the general population's. It's less than twice what you could make naturally.
