Just as the subject line says. The delivery would be via an AAV / AV (adeno-associated / adeno virus). Purely theoretical discussion.
ACTN3 would be my likely candidate. Essentially no sides and a performance gain.
any of the myostatin inhibitors would be next in line, but the potential for infinite growth and/or serious risk of tendon damage (even assuming a slow(er) rate of growth) is pretty scary.
Ipamorelin would also be a worthy contender if one was well-versed in its usage / sides (mainly lack thereof) with the subject. I don't think the other GHRPs would be a good idea here.
IGF, obviously not.
The other consideration would be Cerebrolysin if it provided positive effects in the subject. This is another contender but I'd have to know how it worked in me before making a permanent change with using it.
