I was just thinking of something similar just the other day. True story.

This is what I came up with.

If you were dropped on a deserted island with all the ‘amenities’ of home you would not take steroids, insulin you did not need for medical reasons, fat burners, peptides, HGH, or any performance drugs.

You might, probably would, lift weight but you would ditch everything else.

Why would you take them?

I have theory.

Too bad they didn’t make Giligan’s island in the 2000’s. Cause they’d have Ginger & Mary Ann in something super slutty!!!! Both looked great. There’d definitely be some f’n goin down on that island. Fat Skip would’ve dominated on the island and had his pick of the ass to slay that day!

Protein. Staying lean on a desert island would not be hard as there would be little food and plenty of work to get it. There would be no mirrors or people to see you so extra muscle would just not be of any use and would just make survival tougher. After spending all day trying to survive working out would be low on my list of things to do.

I couldn't think of much better on a deserted island. Granted it's not really work out music for me.... more pre or post workout music. For workout music that would be something like rock, trance or hard house club music for me.



When doing cardio I love listening to dance music like this classic...
