Indeed artificial sweeteners should not be consumed period. Given what they are made out of and what they do …. should not be fucking ingested.

Im not gonna go on on about the importance of eating Organic, non GMO and blah blah blah. . . Just google search artificial sweetener and cancer. Plenty of science behind it. Glad your feeling better!

Except, if I'm not mistaken, the research was done on rats, rats who were being fed several times they're body weight in artificial sweeteners. If you're a person who consumes several times his body weight in artificial sweeteners, you have deeper issues.

I always understood Splenda to be the safest of artificial sweeteners. Is this not the case?

I heard rumors about stevia causing sterility, so I never tried it.

Wrong, plenty of studies done. Sucrolose and aspartame are excitotoxins, they literally kill brain cells.

Show them and make sure they are actually well done

I haven't had a chance to read and vet the studies so I don't have an opinion outside my own experience.

The last 3 days I've cut out all artificial sweeteners and switched to regular sugar. I averaged about 4 equals a day which admittedly isn't near as much as I used to use. The big difference so far is my appetite is up (which is already "up") and I am holding less water. I am not saying cutting out the artificial sweetener is the cause but I do look "better". I'll add the 4 equal back in a couple weeks to see if this is for sure the effect this stuff has on me. IF so, I've already switched to grassfed beef and cage free eggs, might as well keep up with the lifestyle change.

I live on True Lemon and use mostly stevia... But I'm not paranoid about sweeteners. I'll have a few diet cokes when I'm out and never think twice. While they may not be GOOD for you, they aren't terrible. Try obsessively living on anything, and you'll have issues arise somehow.

I'm now going on over a week now and no problems of nausea or at stomach issues whatsoever. My energy and mood is through the roof! I'm getting used to drinking green tea and plain water. I absolutely love this change. I think everyone should give this a try. I'm sure a diet soda or splenda packet here a or there won't hurt you but if your using it for your diet to help with sugar cravings its a bad bad idea.

If you guys really knew the severe stomach problems I was having and now absolutely no issues whatsoever you all would be a believer! Peace

Start knocking down plenty of fermented foods to replenish the gut flora that that poison has most likely depleted. Give it a couple weeks then see how awesome you feel.

Personally I can't stand the taste of any of that stuff, it's literally like drinking toxic chemicals.

Just started today myself....plain green tea with cinnamon and honey mixed in...

Best part I'm not craving zero carb monsters or zero calorie Mio type drink flavorers.

I'll give it a week but if no diff I'm going back to my beloved monsters
